Sanity Within Dystopia

This is the story of Cedric and Meep as they trek through the sleazy streets of Fall City and attempt to restore themselves after a mad doctor’s awful experiments left them freakishly altered, all while doing their best to keep their minds sound in a town that seems to have embraced its collective psychosis.
