The Villain is Eccentric

Jacaranda is planet Perfecto's most want criminal. She is cruel, sadistic, and feared by all (so it seems). One day, during a mission she excepted, Jacaranda accidently warps to Earth. Now all of Perfecto's attention is on Earth, but for some reason, everyone seems to be reluctant to go near it.
