Welcome to Hero City, where driving 5 miles over the speed limit gets you 5 years of community service. These are the tales of Sebastian, a young man who made such a mistake, and now has to tend to the whims of a city of overly-righteous superheroes, bored super-villains, and the occasional tentacle monsters from an alternate dimension.
