A story about a boy coming to terms with his sexuality and the feelings he develops for his best friend over the years, all while dealing with the effects of a traumatic past. Be aware, this story contains mentions and displays of abuse (physical, emotional, substance), suicide mentions, alcoholism, and child neglect. It's also a slow-burn.
