On the planet Arcus, war has raged for as long as anyone can remember. But the Neutro twins, Cation and Anion weren't concerned about that. They had been living peacefully in the floating city of Levitas. One day their engineer parents are kidnapped by mercenaries and the girls don't know why. Now they have set out to find answers and their parents, even if that means heading into the beautiful but dangerous outside world.
