Everybody is laughing at him. Nobody can take him seriously. Everyone is drifting away from him. He can't openly talk about it as people would either find it too silly or just outright call him a lunatic. Doctors can't explain it. Forced to move and transfer school many times. For Nathan, it's a huge burden to have a bottom that suddenly talks, both mentally and emotionally. Especially now that it's just confessed to a bully.
