After Amanda's parents divorce, Amanda and her mom relocate to a new town. Amanda's trying to be cooperative about the move, but her mom won't explain why they're there, or even how she heard of the isolated, run-down place. As Amanda explores the town and begins to unravel a decades-old disappearance--or more than one--she starts to fear that she's in danger too.
