Racial Discrimination: Stories from an International student in Canada

When we say “black lives matter” and you reply with “all lives matter”, your response can be interpreted as a confirmation of our concerns. To a black person, that response means that black lives do not matter enough to be a subject of a conversation. The prejudicial treatment mainly on the grounds of race is examined and described here through three short stories of real life occurrences, experienced by a black student living in Canada.
