In the land of Oasis, kingdoms use the help of "Messengers" as the main form of long-term communication. Every messenger gets assigned a guardian called a "Hololiph" which are usually animals. Once turning 16, Javylyn Rouge gets a hololiph...but this one's a bit ...humanoid. With the desire to quit being a messenger altogether and the mysterious group called the "Discons", Javylyn unravels the secrets of her and her hololiph's history.
