The Wavering

In an alternate futuristic universe where mental illnesses (Waverings) have manifestations within the host's body, Nobel is a former artist who works as an office assistant. He must decide whether to accept or reject his Wavering after a young girl named Ede shows him the potential for Waverings to improve the world around them.
