Guardians of the City

2 years ago a disaster happened, the city fell into chaos, the police couldn't handle it and then they appear out of nowhere - people called "Gifters" became the defenders of the city but it's not over yet. The city needs heroes who will show the difference between good and evil. Who are our Guardians?
