The chip eliminates brain disorders, addictions, and it can exponentially increase dopamine levels. With 96% of the population chipped, Cookies Inc. has manufactured a candy-coated utopia. But not everyone is buying into the hype. By questioning the chip, the anti-Cookies group C.A.K.E. and an increasingly paranoid Sylvia find themselves biting off more than they can chew.
