Collette Cromwell is born with absolutely nothing. Her parents abandoned her as a baby, she has no money, and no control over the world around her. This all seemingly changes when she discovers that she's a witch. But as fate would have it, the amount of magic she possesses is so laughably small it almost doesn't matter.
