20 years have passed since the cities of Kehlvenne and Sky Reach separated. Kehlvenne (a city of technologically advanced citizens) led by Valor, and Sky Reach (a city of mages) led by Deimos have been in a state of reluctant peace, teetering on the edge of war since their separation.
