Malicia is an evil queen from the kingdom of Velli and she yearns to destroy the rival kingdom of Istus. Because of King Justin, the arch-nemesis of Malicia, Velli has suffered many losses in the past decade. Malicia vowed to have her revenge by stopping King Justin's rule.
