My Instant Death Ability is Completely Fucking Useless

God is bored, so He gives everyone superpowers and tells them to kill each other. but damn there's a whole lot of humans... perhaps He could save time by generating the powers randomly? this is a great idea. Rip Mortas gains the ability to die on command. Luckily, he has a serial killer and a vampire to keep him company!!
