Holypunk is an interesting aesthetic, I'll give it that. It had some neat ideas here and there, but the series mostly just went in one ear and out the other for me. The backgrounds and shading are neat, but I'm not into how the characters are drawn—especially their faces. I think what couldn't keep me engaged was that I didn't feel like there was a central character to follow.
