Ages 16 and up After an ancient relic called the Burning Heart choses Kate Blast to be one of its Guardians, an alien army has arrived seeking the magical powers of the Burning Heart. Kate must find the other guardians to protect the Earth from destruction, all while reconciling her upbringing and time as a closeted Marine with her current values and choices as an out transwoman. VibeCheckAug 07, 2026This turned out to be a letdown. It did start to catch my eye over time, but the series largely didn't hold my attention mainly due to how poorly paced the start is. Most characters weren't that interesting either. The art style reminds me of Steamgear Inc's, but lacks the novelty of it being entirely 3D so it's not very appealing.
