VibeCheckAug 11, 2026Only one chapter has fully released so far so I can't speak too much about it, but I'm already enjoying what's here. The first chapter really establishes Aster well while giving enough hints and details to get me interested in the next chapter. I like how it has scenes that conveys Aster's kindness, like how he silently rebuilds a scattered shrine. The art is pretty cool too, I dig all the creature designs and backgrounds. Makna did get on my nerves a bit, but she seems like the kind of character that could grow on me once more chapters release. I think the premise could lead to some fun spiritual adventures influenced by different cultures, but seeing as the series has been on hiatus for two years now, it may take a while til we see more of this world.
