Kyklos Revolvis

The Kingdom of Toskenza is on the brink of civil war. The king has became a paranoid tyrant, who will stop at nothing to crush dissent. Now the king's minions search through ancient ruins to find magic artifacts that might grant the king even more power. Roland has abandoned his position in the royal court, and now seeks to undermine the king in any way he can. With the help of his friend Zyphella, he hopes to secure a powerful magic weapon and keep it out of the King's hands. Roland has no idea how powerful and dangerous the magic weapon really is.

VibeCheckAug 08, 2026Wound up dropping this one. The plot is fine (even if the dialog can be a bit boring at times), but maaaannn I really can't get into the art direction. I get that it's trying to do something different, but it's often really blurry and the character designs are generally really unappealing and hardly emotive. In some panels, the lighting is so bad that I can hardly see anything besides the bright white speech bubbles.
