VibeCheckAug 12, 2026While in its early stages, this is already showing IMMENSE promise. I’ve been hoping there would be a series that would tackle a deep web killer, but I never expected one to make said killer the protagonist! Tomb is super charismatic and it’s really satisfying seeing him take down even worse murderers. It’s got tight comedy, brutal deaths, seriously memorable killers Tomb squares off against, and an overarching mystery I’m already pretty interested in. The cajun influences and blue blood also help it stand out. Even when it’s in such an early run, the Him arc really shot it up for me for just how dark it can get and how well it handles its subject matter. Sadly the current series was cancelled, but it is receiving a revamp.
