Even though he’s built like a fighter with a fearsome scowl, Jaeho would love nothing more than to become a florist instead. Unfortunately, Jaeho’s overbearing father disapproves, pushing his son to become an MMA fighter instead. Jaeho enters the virtual reality game, New World, to escape his father’s ambitions, but will he be able to realize his dreams?

VibeCheckAug 12, 2026I liked it a lot at first, but over time the conflicts just felt very inconsequential. Most times they’d be solved with next to no issue and the plot felt really bland because of it. Jaeho is a unique protagonist in the field of generic VR/fantasy/isekai type stuff, but he isn’t able to carry it with his big beefy arms. Sadly feels kinda like a Mary Sue now. It’s made all the more unbearable by how bloated each update is and how the series runs for waaaaay too long. Sadly overstayed its welcome.
