VibeCheckAug 13, 2026Gotta be one of most memorable superhero media I’ve ever experienced. Super underrated stuff. The characterization, stakes, and drama were all handled really well. Just when you think things will get better, the story takes a drastic turn as Trevor is bombarded with worse hurdles. Trevor’s one of my favorite superheroes out there, as he’s someone who really wants to do right by others but is way in over his head. Watching him make mistakes while trying to work on himself feels very human, and all those really helped me get invested in him as the story took a HUGE shift that I didn’t anticipate. Each of the side characters offers something great too, and it’s interesting watching each one deal with Trevor’s new alter ego. I also gotta give props to the ending and its gloriously abstract final fight
