VibeCheckAug 08, 2026This contains what might just be one of the—if not the most relatable character I have seen in any series… who is a major subject of what's an absolute slowburn of a horror series. Now it's a party. I was concerned when the author stated Webtoon meddled with the plot due to its darker themes (which the author didn’t have issues with with their previous work), but this comic does NOT shy away from dark content. I think it handles its upsetting content well, as a lot of the horror derives from the tense atmosphere and dread as this family is torn apart. It’s an interesting kind of social horror. I will say though, the conclusion does hold it back for me. It was rushed, didn’t satisfyingly wrap up certain plotlines, and I’m not into all the time shenanigans it introduced. I still enjoyed the series greatly, but that did affect my overall opinion on it.
