VibeCheckAug 08, 2026t this point I think I'm just gonna drop Dice for now. Even after 100 chapters, I just feel like I've been deliberately avoiding it for the past few weeks, so I might as well rip the bandaid off and start something new. I might return to it if I feel like it. So how did I feel about Dice: The Cube That Changes Everything? It's a massive slog. Every episode is way too long, and I wouldn't take as much issue with that if I enjoyed the story. There is potential in a progression fantasy with Madoka Magica-esque consequences after being roped into it, but this manhwa just doesn't do it justice at all. Every character makes brainless decisions, the protagonist is an insufferable incel, the dice power system is baffling and hard to take seriously when people use it to just make themselves more conventionally attractive, and in spite of its out of pocket horrible moments I still just find it really dull. I have no idea how this plot can be stretched this long with all the games X issues and other elements like Mooyoung and the love quadrangle.
